Founder & Director

Simon Boakye

MSGH (C), BPH

Simon is a public health professional and global health strategist currently pursuing a Master of Science in Global Health from the University of Geneva - one of the world's leading institutions in international health and diplomacy. Simon translates over three years of frontline experience in immunization and disease surveillance into scalable leadership development. As the Founder and Director of EquiHealth Academy, he pioneered a curriculum that goes beyond clinical treatment to integrate psychosocial support, compassionate leadership, and practical field skills. Simon's work systematically addresses the disparity in professional opportunities, empowering students, young professionals, and individuals from diverse backgrounds and underserved communities to contribute meaningfully to global public health security and community resilience. He believes that the strength of a health system depends on the diversity of its leaders; therefore, he works to ensure that professional development is accessible to everyone anywhere.
